Larry Bird was elected into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1998. The 12-time All-Star was voted nine times to the All-NBA First-Team. The three-time NBA Champion and MVP was voted to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1996. On the front left tail is a tag that reads “Custom Designed and Sewn For BOSTON CELTICS YEAR 90 SLEEVE LENGTH 0 BODY LENGTH +4”. Adjacent is a “Champion” size “46” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. The left inseam has a tag that reads “100% POLYESTER”. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “CELTICS”. Player number “33” appears on both the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “BIRD”. All numbering and lettering are done in the same green tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. Bird signed the jersey inside the back left player number “3” in silver marker and in our opinion rates a 6. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
