“Rawlings RSS Official” manufactured ABA game-used basketball. On one of the white panels is “AMERICAN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION ABA” stamped with Dave DeBusschere “COMMISSIONER” both stamped below. On another white panel reads “KENTUCKY COLONELS 76” stamped. Basketball Hall of Fame inductee (1993) Dan Issel signed one of the white panels in black pen with the added inscription “My Best Wishes” and in our opinion rates a 7. Issel was the ABA Rookie of the Year in 1971 and won an ABA Championship in 1975 with the Colonels. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
