Lloyd James Waner played in the majors for 10 seasons and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1967. At 5’ 9” he was one of the smallest players of his era, his small stature earned him the nickname “Little Poison”. Waner ended his career with a .316 lifetime batting average, 2,459 hits and 598 RBI. Condition: Cracked at the handle, checking and wood missing on the front barrel, 8” piece missing on the back barrel, two chips on the knob. Ball/hit marks are present on the right, left and back barrel. Barrel abrasions are also present. The bat exhibits evidence of heavy use. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA.
