Dave Winfield was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001 on the first ballot. The 12-time All-Star and seven-time Gold Glove Award winner won a World Series Championship in 1992. On the inside of the front waistband of the grey pants is a “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions with two flag tags attached that read “TAPERED” and “35”. A Steiner Sports hologram sticker is on the manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is a strip tap that reads “Winfield 88 3 31”. There is a small tear near the left knee area and a small hole on the back of the same leg. Inside on the rear sweatband of the hat is a “New Era MAJOR LEAGUE PRO MODEL” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is a size “7 3/8” tag. On the underside of the brim is player number “31” written in black marker. On the front is an “NY” logo embroidered in white stitching. These items are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Steiner Sports LOA.
