Julius Erving won three championships, four MVP Awards and three scoring titles throughout his illustrious career. He is the fifth-highest scorer in professional basketball history with 30,026 points. Erving was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1993 and was voted one of the Top 50 NBA Players of all time in 1996. Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “42”. Attached is a flag tag with “XL”. Below is the “Pearson” distributor’s tag. Adjacent is a blue strip tag with “85 6” embroidered in white chain stitch. At the left chest is the team large “76ers” disc patch done in red and blue in white tackle twill. Across the back is “SIXERS” done in red on white tackle twill. Erving has signed the front in black marker rating a 9. Below is the large NBA embroidered logo patch. Inside the rear waistband of the matching pants is the “Wilson” tag with wash instructions and size “34”. Player number “6” is written in black marker. Attached is a faded flag tag. Adjacent is a strip tag with “84 24” embroidered in white chain stitch. The warm-up is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Accompanied by two LOAs from "Dr. J" Julius Erving (one for the warm-up suit, one for the poster), as well as a LOA from JSA. Further accompanied by a one-of-a-kind, signed, not commercially sold 20" x 30" large format photo of Dr. J wearing this style warm-up.
