This award comes to us from Ron Boone. Large wooden award plaque measuring 20” x 16” x 1”. At the far right is a silver plaque which reads “Utah Jazz Ron Boone 1,000th Consecutive Professional Basketball Game October 31, 1968 – October 31, 1980”.
