Ron Boone ranks third all-time in career points for the ABA with 12,153. This trophy was presented to Boone after he scored his 10,000th career point on December 1, 1974. This trophy stands nearly 44” tall and weighs 14 pounds. The trophy features a game-used ABA Storen ball at the top. The “Rawlings RSS” basketball is stamped “1973 MEMPHIS TAMS” on one of the white panels. The ball is attached to a 7-1/2” brass pedestal atop a small wooden base with four faux gold eagles. Four 18” columns are attached to large wooden base that measures approximately 12” x 12” x 6-1/2”. A plaque attached to the lower base reads “Bill Daniels A.B.A. Presidents Trophy - 10,000 Career Points - Attained By RON BOONE - Utah Stars at Memphis - December 1, 1974” along with a screenprinted photo of Boone in his Stars uniform. The trophy is in EX condition and is accompanied by a LOA from Ron Boone. This item will require additional shipping and handling charges due to its size and fragility.
