Known by the Cleveland fans as “Mr. Cavalier”, Austin Carr was the first overall selection of the Cleveland Cavs in the 1971 NBA Draft. He was an NBA All-Star and his number “34” was retired by the Cavaliers. On the left front tail is the “Onitsuka” manufacturer’s tag. Across the front is “WEST” done in purple block letters with an orange embroidered border. Player number “34” appears on both the front and back. Player name “CARR” appears across the back. All these numbers and letters are done in a purple cotton blend with an embroidered border. Carr has signed the back in blue marker adding a partially illegible inscription and “Best Wishes #34” rating a 4-5. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
