Sports Illustrated stated that the Dream Team was "arguably the most dominant squad ever assembled in any sport". The team as a unit was elected to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010 and thus far, 11 of the 12 players on the roster and three of the four coaches have been elected to the Hall individually. The Dream Team, led by Jordan, Bird, Magic and Sir Charles defeated its opponents by an average of almost 44 points en route to the gold medal against Croatia at the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona. Inside the rear collar is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “46”. Attached is a flag tag with wash instructions. Inside the seam is a white label with “2” Extra Body Length”. On the left chest is the “USA Basketball” embroidered patch. On back is player name “BIRD” done in red on white tackle twill. At the left sleeve is the Champion “C” logo. The jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Accompanied by a letter of provenance stating how this jacket was obtained at a hotel where the team stayed and practiced in San Diego during June of 1992 prior to heading to Barcelona.
