Green photo album containing roughly 150 photos and spectator tickets from the 1980 Winter Olympic Games in Lake Placid, NY. Seven photos show the U.S. national hockey team taking on the Soviet team in the medal round in what would be referred to as the “Miracle on Ice”. The photographs show the game itself and the subsequent celebration. Two spectator tickets from the playoff and award ceremony are included with the photos. Four of the photos showing the celebration and medal presentation have been enlarged to 8” x 10” and are mounted in the back of the photo album. Also included is a VIP Contributor Gold Card pass from the 1980 Winter Olympics and an autographed 4” x 6” black-and-white photo of Mike Eruzione, captain of the 1980 U.S. hockey team. It has been autographed in black marker and rates a 7 overall. Eruzione has added the inscription, “Ed, All My Best”. The remaining photographs show Olympic Park and the festivities surrounding various events. The photo album is in EX condition and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
