On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “50” embroidered in navy blue chain stitch. Player number “57” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves painted on in white numbers with a red border. Player name “D. LEWIS” appears across the back in heat transferred white vinyl block letters with a red border on a nameplate. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
