On the left front tail is the single “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “40”. On the tag is “#30 15 SMITH” written in black marker. Across the front is “ROCKets”. Player number “30” appears on both the front and back. Player name “K. SMITH” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in red tackle twill. At the left chest is the official NBA embroidered logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
