Worn by Urlacher on November 7, 2004 vs. the NY Giants. On the left front tail is the “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with attached size “50” flag tag. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “03-50”. The shirt is tagged “03” but worn the following season in 2004. Adjacent is the NFL PSA/DNA sticker numbered “1N15090”. Player number “54” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves. Player name “URLACHER” appears on back on a white nameplate. All these numbers and letters are done in navy on orange tackle twill. Each sleeve features an elastic spandex hem as well as “GSH” painted on in navy with an orange border and the official “Reebok” logo patch. At the V-neck is the official “NFL Equipment” logo shield. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
