On the left front tail is the “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with attached flag tags “4”LB” and “48”. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “02-48”. Adjacent is the NFL PSA/DNA sticker numbered “IN04235”. Player number “11” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves in white on blue on grey tackle twill. Player name “BLEDSOE” appears across the back in white on blue tackle twill on a blue nameplate. The sleeves are shortened with an elastic spandex hem and feature the “Reebok” logo patch. At the V-neck is the “NFL Equipment” logo shield. The jersey is shortened. Bledsoe has signed the back number in black marker rating a 5-6. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by a NFL PSA/DNA COA as well as a LOA from JSA. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
