David Thompson was a four time NBA All-Star, ABA Rookie of the Year, his number “33” has been retired by the Nuggets and he was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1996. On the left front tail are the “POWERS” manufacturer’s tags that are heavily faded and unreadable. Across the front is “nuggets”. Player number “33” appears on both the front and back. All numbers and letters are done in blue on yellow tackle twill. Player name “THOMPSON” appears across the back in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. Thompson has signed the front in blue marker rating an 8. On the right shoulder strap is a green and black armband in support of the Atlanta incident. Inside the rear waistband of the matching shorts is a heavily faded, unreadable tag. Below is the “Garment America” flag tag. On each outer leg is the “Miner” embroidered patch. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
