Paul Arizin led the NBA in scoring in 1952 (25.4 ppg) and 1957 (25.6 ppg) and was among the league's best each season. As a member of the Philadelphia Warriors, Arizin played in the NBA All-Star Game in each of his ten pro seasons. Hall of Fame, Class of 1978. NBA Top 50 Player. During the 1956 All-Star Game, Arizin scored 13 points for the Eastern Conference. Inside the center front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “42”. Attached is a flag tag with “LONG”. On both the front and back is player number “11” done in blue tackle twill surrounded by six red tackle twill stars. Inside the rear waistband of the satin-like shorts is the “Horace Partridge” manufacturer’s tag with size “36”. Arizin has signed the front of the shorts in black marker adding the inscription “Phila Warriors #11” rating a 5 due to fading. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
