After being drafted in 1977, Duguay made the jump directly from junior hockey to the NHL, with 20 goals in his rookie year. Duguay played his first six seasons in New York, where he was known as much for his long hair and flashy behavior as he was for his play on the ice. Inside the rear collar is the “Gerry Cosby” tag. Adjacent are the size “46” tag and a wash instructions label. On front is a large “NY RANGERS” team crest done in red, white and blue embroidery. Player number “10” appears on back in blue tackle twill and on both sleeves in white tackle twill. Player name “DUGUAY” appears across the back in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. The fight strap is intact. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from Casey Samuelson.
