Possessing one of the most potent lineups in baseball history, the Ruth and Gehrig Yankees were an undeniable force in the 1920’s and 1930’s. OAL Barnard baseball signed by 22 members of the 1930 NY Yankees including Babe Ruth (sweet spot), Lou Gehrig, Bill Dickey, Ken Holloway, Chas O’Leary (coach), Lou McEvoy, Chas (Red) Ruffing (CH), Art Jorgens, Ownie Carroll, Tony Lazzeri, Sam Byrd, Roy Sherid, Lyn Lary (CH), Bennie Bengough, Harry Rice, Herb Pennock, Ben Chapman and Hank Johnson. All signatures are done in black steel tip fountain pen rating an overall 5-6 with the Ruth rating a 7 and the Gehrig rating a 6. The ball is evenly toned throughout with some signatures faded. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
