Program from the Sam Breadon Testimonial Dinner held on Tuesday, January 13, 1948 at the Hotel Jefferson in St. Louis. The event was held to honor Sam Breadon, who served as the president and majority owner of the St. Louis Cardinals from 1920 through 1947. The program cover features a 4” x 6” sepia-toned photo of Breadon. The cover also features autographs by “Heinie” Mueller and Jim Bottomley as well as eight additional signatures. The signatures are done in varying inks and rate a 7 overall. Measures 9” x 12”. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
