Issued during WWII, this magazine encouraged the public to buy war bonds. Babe Ruth has signed the “Baseball’s Hall of Fame” page in black ink adding the inscription “To Berty” rating a 9. The magazine is intact but separated at the staples in some spots, EX overall. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
