On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “44”. Below is a felt strip tag with “1958” embroidered in red chain stitch. Inside the rear collar is a felt strip tag with player name “Pafko” also embroidered in red chain stitch. Across the front is “Braves”. Player number “48” appears on both the front and back. The front and back numbers were restored. All numbers and letters are done in red on navy blue felt. On the left sleeve is the “Brave Head” patch. The zipper front is fully intact. Pafko has signed the front in black marker adding the inscription “1958 N.L. Champs” rating an 8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
