On the left front tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “44”. Below is a wash instructions label with attached “SET 1 1969” flag tag. On the left chest is the “Chief Wahoo” patch done in black, white and red embroidery on white felt. Manager’s number “5” appears on both the front and back. The manager’s name “DARK” appears on back. All these numbers and letters are done in red tackle twill. The name and number have been restored. On the right chest is the “MLB 100th Anniversary” patch which has been replaced and is a replica. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as manager’s worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
