“Larry Legend” was voted one of the top 50 players in NBA history in 1996 and in 1998 was elected to the Hall of Fame. Inside the front snaps is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with size “46”. Across the front is “CELTICS” painted on in green block letters with yellow borders. Each sleeve features the team Shamrock logo done in the same paint. On back is player name “BIRD” done in white tackle twill on a green nameplate. The nameplate covers the Velcro remnants as the old plates would be applied at the four corners. The team began to sew on the nameplates after fans would tear them off the player’s backs running in and out of the tunnel. The warm-up is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear.
