Sam Lacey averaged over 10 rebounds per game in his first six seasons and was the third leading rebounder in the 1974–75 season. He also appeared in the 1975 NBA All-Star Game. Lacey is one of five players to have registered 100 blocks and 100 steals in six consecutive seasons and he has had his number “44” jersey was retired by the Sacramento Kings. On the left front tail is the “Onitsuka” tag with size “44” flag tag attached. Across the front is “WEST” book ended by two stars, all of which are done in purple tackle twill with an orange embroidered border. Player number “44” appears on both the front and back. Player name “LACEY” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in purple tackle twill. Lacey has signed the back in blue marker adding the inscription “My All-Star 1975 Jersey” rating a 7. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
