Player number “00” appears on front in white on red tackle twill and on back in white tackle twill. Player name “DUCKWORTH” appears on back in white tackle twill. On the upper left shoulder strap is the official NBA logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from the NBA.
