On the left front tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “42”. Adjacent is a second “Champion” tag with “1992-93 Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Philadelphia 76ers Body Length +3”. Across the front is “PHILADELPHIA 76ers” sublimated onto the shirt. Player number “14” appears on both the front and back in white on blue tackle twill. Player name “HORNACEK” appears on back in white tackle twill block lettering. On the left breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows light use.
