On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “42”. Across the front is “PACERS” done in blue tackle twill. Player number “13” appears on both the front and back in blue on yellow tackle twill. Player name “WINKLER” appears on back in blue tackle twill. There is a name and number change. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
