Signed by 27 members of the team including Papa Bear himself, George Halas, Mike Ditka, Marconi, Green, Whitsell, Anderson, Morris, Leggett, Adams, Williams, Fortunato, George, Wade and Coia. All sigs are done in blue or black ink rating an overall 7-8. Ball shows scuffing and does not hold air. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
