Inside the rear collar are two white strips tag with “04-46” and “S”. Directly underneath is a “Wetrak” sticker with additional sticker numbered “WT2986133806”. The shirt is custom shortened with numerous large team repairs. Player number “28” appears on both the front, back and both shoulders in navy on bronze tackle twill. Player name “FAULK” appears on back in navy tackle twill on a white nameplate. Each sleeve is shortened with an elastic spandex hem and features the team embroidered “Ram” patch and Reebok logo patch. On the left breast is the team “10th Anniversary St. Louis” embroidered patch. At the V-neck is the “NFL Equipment” logo shield. Underneath is a “Rams” embroidered patch. The shirt is hemmed straight across the bottom with no manufacturer’s tags remaining. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows light use.
