Pair of personal checks from the accounts of Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz, stars of the hit 1950s television series “I Love Lucy”. The checks date to the very period in which the show ruled American television, and are both from Desi & Lucy's private checking account (and personalized as such). The first check, dating from April of 1952, is payable to the Actor's Equity Association and signed by Lucille Ball-Arnaz in black ink rating an 8-9 . The second dates from March of 1957, and made payable to husband & wife Desi & Lucy signed by Desi in black ink rating an 8. Both checks are EX-NM with bank stampings, accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signatures.
