There was no number “27” on the 1957 NY Giants roster. On the left front tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag. Attached is the size “44” tag. Across the front is “NEW YORK” . Number “27” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in black on orange felt. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use.
