One of the best right-handed pitchers in baseball history, Bob Feller was a prodigy who entered the major leagues when he was 17. He played for the Cleveland Indians from 1936 to 1956 and became the first pitcher to win at least twenty games in a season before the age of 21, threw three no-hitters and twelve one-hitters (both records at the time of his retirement). He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1962. Inside the rear collar of this coaches pullover shirt is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “46”. Attached is a flag tag with “Set 1 1981”. Across the front is “INDIANS”. On back is the coaches number “19”. All these numbers and letters are done in white on red tackle twill. The coaches name “FELLER” appears across the back in white tackle twill block letters. On the left sleeve is the Chief Wahoo embroidered patch. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as coaches worn and in our opinion, shows wear.
