The Indianapolis Indians play in the International League and are the Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates major-league club. Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “42”. On the left front tail is a grey strip tag with “1970”. Across the front is “INDIANAPOLIS”. On back is number “7”. All numbers and letters are done in navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is an embroidered baseball shaped patch with “INDIANS 6672 INC.” embroidered in blue stitch. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use.
