Below on front and on back is the player number “5” in blue on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HOWARD" in blue tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Autographed on back in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
