On the front tail is the "ADIDAS" manufacturers tag. Attached to that are four additional tag’s with the size "54," "LENGTH +4," "2008-2009," and "CLIMALITE" on them. Above that is an additional "LATIN NIGHTS" tag. Below is the “NBA GameWorn 2008-2009 Season” tag. Across the front is "LOS BULLS." Below that and on the back is the player number "34." Across the back is the player name "GRAY." All numbering and lettering is done in black on white tackle twill. Above the name on back is the official "BULLS" logo patch. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the right breast is the “Johnny Kerr / Norm Van Lier” patch which has replaced a previous patch that has been removed. Autographed on front in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows light game-use and besides what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
