On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturer's size "48" tag. Above that the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Chicago Bulls" tag. Adjacent to that are two additional manufacturers embroidered tags with "4" L.B." and "87" on them. Across the front is "BULLS" in black on white screen print. Below that on front and on the back is the player number "40" in black on white vinyl lettering. Across the back is the player name "CORZINE" in white vinyl lettering. Autographed on front in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
