Spencer Haywood was a four time NBA All-Star, the ABA MVP in 1970, and an NBA Champion in 1980. On the inside collar of the jacket is the "TIERNAN" manufacturer's tag. On the front left breast is the "LAKERS" logo patch in purple and gold embroidery. Across the back of the jacket is the players name "HAYWOOD" in purple on white tackle twill. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
