On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “46”. Attached is a blank white flag tag. Adjacent is a felt strip tag with “46 74 5” indicating jersey size, year and alteration measurement, respectively. Across the front is “GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS”. Player number “40” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in blue paint. Player name “DICKEY” appears across the back in blue tackle twill. This shirt was a blank that was tagged for issue in 1974 and was logo’d, name and number for use in 1975-76. The jersey shows game-use and other than what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind.
