Player number “24” is written in black marker. Adjacent is a strip tag with “4” LB”. On the left breast is the team Seattle skyline logo done in yellow and white paint. On the right breast is player number “24” done in yellow paint. On back is player name “CHAMBERS” painted on in white block letters with a green border. On the left sleeve is a large official NBA embroidered patch. The top snap is missing. The jacket shows wear and with the exception of the missing snap appears to have no further alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an additional COA.
