This plated pewter cylindrical trophy comes to us from Bobby Jones. It stands 26” tall and weighs 17.5 pounds. This trophy was given by Seagram’s to Bobby Jones of the Denver Nuggets in 1977. Jones was presented this trophy after being selected as the Basketball Champion for 1977, along with six other athletes in their respective sports. The trophy is engraved “SEAGRAM’S - SEVEN CROWNS OF SPORTS - BASKETBALL CHAMPION 1977 - BOBBY JONES - DENVER NUGGETS”. Around the trophy are seven 2” circular plated that represent the seven sports honored by the award; basketball, golf, hockey, baseball, tennis and horse racing. The Seagram’s Seven Crown logo sits atop the cylinder. The bottom of the trophy is stamped “Colonial Pewter by Boardman”. The trophy is accompanied by a LOA from Bobby Jones.
