The TLS measures 7” x 9” and is dated “November 22, 1993 on White House Stationery. At the bottom right is “Always enjoyed my visits with Bill (signed) Bill Clinton” in blue ink rating a 9. The letter is laminated for protection and in NM overall condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
