In 2005 Bethea was inducted to the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame. On the left front tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “50”. Player number “65” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves in white block screen print numbers with a red border. Player name “BETHEA” appears on back painted on the shirt in white block letters on a blue nameplate. There is a once inch unrepaired hole on the upper right breast. The jersey shows moderate game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
