On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “48” Attached is a flag tag with “100% Nylon”. Player number “34” appears on the front, back and on both shoulders in painted on blue numbers. Player name “WALKER” appears on back in heat transferred block letters on a white nameplate. The sleeves have been cut. There is a ¼ inch hole adjacent to the player number on the right shoulder. Walker has signed the back in blue marker with inscription “#34 Game Worn” rating a 7. The jersey shows light game-use and other that the sleeves being cut appears to have no further alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as a photo of Walker signing the shirt.
