On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “50”. Attached are two flag tags, “100% Nylon” and “6” Extra Body Length”. Player number “78” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves in blue screen print. There are numerous team repairs throughout the shirt. On back is player name “SLATER” done in blue screen print block lettering on a white nameplate. Slater has signed the shirt in black marker rating an 8. The sleeves have an elastic spandex hem. The front V-neck has a custom alteration with numerous team repairs surrounding it. The jersey shows moderate game-use and other than what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature as well as by an additional LOA.
