Running back Chuck Foreman was one of the greatest Minnesota Vikings players in team history. On the left front tail is the "Designed and Tailored Exclusively" label and below is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "44." The player number "44" appears on the front, back, and both sleeves in screened on purple numbers. There is a nylon nameplate on back with player name "FOREMAN" in purple tackle twill lettering that has been restored. The jersey shows moderate to heavy game-use with numerous large team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
