Hobie Landrith played at catcher in the New York Mets very first regular season game on April 11, 1962 against the St. Louis CardinalsInside the rear collar is the “Felco” manufacturer’s tag. Attached are two flag tags, “100% Wool” and size “44”. On the left breast is the team disc embroidered patch. The bottom of the stitching has come undone. On the left sleeve is player number “5” done in orange felt. The zipper is in full working order. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
