Schutt Original Hollywood base, game-used at the old Yankee Stadium on June 30, 2008 vs. Texas (innings 3 through 5) & July 6, 2008 vs. Boston. On the bottom of the first base is “6/30 3RD BASE” written in blue ink. Adjacent is the MLB hologram numbered “LH 008929” and the Steiner hologram numbered “31952”. Alex Rodriguez has signed the top of the base with a very large signature in black marker rating an 8-9 taking into account the difficult signing surface. A-Rod hit his 16th HR of the season this day, career HR 534. On two sides are the interlocking “NY” logo along with “The Final Season” and the “1923-2008” logo. On the other two sides is the official “MLB” logo and “I live for this”. The bases show good game-use and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as a LOA from Yankees-Steiner.
