“American Baseball Cap” extremely scarce batting helmet, size 7-1/4”. “KC” logo in green on the front. Player number “8” written in black marker on the outer bill. The following players wore number 8 during 1965-1967 when this helmet was used: Skip Lockwood, Don Blasingame, Ken Suarez and Ken "the Hawk" Harrelson. Inner padding intact, cracked at the back. Shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
