On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “50”. Attached is a flag tag with “100% Polyester”. Directly underneath is a white label with “95”. Across the front is “Indians” in red on blue on white tackle twill. On back is player number “49”. Player name “MESA” appears on back on a navy blue nameplate. All these numbers and letters are done in red on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the team Indian embroidered patch. On the right sleeve is the 1995 World Series embroidered patch which has been embroidered directly over the Jacobs Field patch with adjacent Russell “R”. The jersey is game-issued and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by an additional LOA.
