Hall of Famer Bill Mazeroski (deceased) was a coach for the Seattle Mariners in both 1979 and 1980. He wore uniform number “30” during the 1979 season and half of the 1980 season until Maury Wills came to manage the club and took his number “30”. This shirt was worn by Mazeroski during the first half of the 1980 baseball season. Inside the left front tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “46”. Attached is a flag tag with “SET 2 1980”. Across the front is “Seattle”. The coach’s number “30” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in blue on yellow tackle twill. The Coach’s name “MAZEROSKI” appears on back in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the team pitchfork “M” on a star embroidered patch. Mazeroski has signed the left front tail in black marker adding the inscription “My Coaches Jersey” rating an 8. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
